Picture schedule icons are clip art with pictures and words and have matching check-in visuals that can also be used for group schedules as well.
This set contains the basic visual setup needed for a classroom of up to 15 students including picture schedules, written schedules, visual cueing for receptive language, classroom rules, and classroom jobs all with single color frames accenting the visuals.
Included with this preschool classroom jobs resource:
- 24 leadership cards with text and pictures
- 26 typical helper role cards with text and pictures
- 1 sign for creating a job board in the classroom
- 4 blank cards to make additions
❤️ You will LOVE setting up a classroom jobs display alongside your classroom helpers because it creates a classroom community and makes your students feel included. Classroom helpers or class jobs are a great way to get students engaged in managing their classroom, building responsibility, and can be used to help prevent challenging behavior.
Using these preschool classroom jobs cards is EASY!
✅ They are designed to be put in a pocket chart and to put a student’s name or picture next to the job.
✅ They could also be posted as a classroom jobs display on a bulletin board or put on a magnetic white board.
✅ You could also easily put them on a job board and have students sign in and out of the job responsibilities like they would sign in and out of a job.
❤️ Your students will LOVE having a class job where they can act responsible and show independence when completing a task. Plus, if you use the leadership roles, students can relate their classroom job to the real world. All jobs are relatable to jobs students could be when they grow up!
While the words may be a bit complex with these cards for your students, they provide pictures of the jobs and give you the opportunity to talk about careers and community jobs and responsibilities.
