If you take students out into the community, it’s so important that we have more visual supports to support them than we do in familiar school environments. These visuals are perfect for community-based instruction and field trips. These mini-schedules or visual task analyses can help your students navigate tasks in the community more independently and allow you to fade out staff to help them do things on their own.

For students in special education with autism or other disabilities, visual task analyses or mini-schedules can help them become more independent. This special education field trips set is designed to help students during community based instruction or field trips.
These could be used for a field trip for younger students or community-based instruction outings for older students. The visuals are ready to print, laminated (if preferred) and used without having to search for relevant visuals.
