Matching words to pictures is a basic reading comprehension skill for functional sight words. In these sight word file folders, students match photos of food items to the written word.
They work well for practicing words and for independent work systems.

- 12 notebook pages for a 3-ring binder
- 12 file folder activities with one page each
- 6 file folder activities with two pages each
- 100 task cards, each with one picture and its matching word
Use words in the same font first. Switch to words in different fonts to work on generalization.
